Classes

I am passionate about teaching yoga that is accessible for all. I teach slow, mindful movement  and encourage students to inquire and explore what works for them. Each class includes a breathing practice, joint mobility and functional movement, yoga postures and a guided relaxation.

I respect the traditional teachings of yoga and combine them with current understanding of how the body and mind work and the mind-body connection. I teach practices which are designed to balance and strengthen the nervous system, helping us to feel both calm and energised, and enhancing  physical, mental and emotional resilience.
