I am passionate about teaching yoga that is accessible for all. I teach slow, mindful yoga and encourage students to inquire and explore. Each class includes a breathing practice, joint mobility and movement, yoga postures and a guided relaxation.
I respect the traditions of yoga and combine yoga philosophy with current understanding of how the body and mind work. I teach practices which are designed to balance and strengthen the nervous system, helping us to feel both calm and energised, and enhancing physical and mental resilience.
