I am passionate about practising and teaching yoga that is relevant and accessible and encourage students to inquire and explore.
I combine the traditional philosophy and teachings of hatha yoga with current understanding of physiology and neuroscience.
I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and completed the
BWY Teaching Certificate (300hr) in June 2019
