I am passionate about sharing slow, mindful yoga that is accessible for people of all body shapes, sizes, and abilities.

I follow the principle that we adapt the yoga postures to suit the body that we are in. I offer suggestions for variations of different movements and postures so that students can explore what works for them.
​
Each class includes a breathing practice, movements for joint mobility and strength, yoga postures, and a guided relaxation.
​
I respect the traditional teachings of yoga and combine them with current understanding of how the body and mind work and the mind-body connection. I teach practices which are designed to balance and strengthen the nervous system, helping us to feel calm, energised and centred and enhancing physical, mental and emotional resilience.
​
The classes are suitable for all levels of experience including beginners.
